Mr. Clif Brandon - Director of Alternative Education

I bring nearly three decades of educational experience to this position. I have worked in the Hazelwood School District since 2001. I have served as a teacher, coach, dean of students, assistant principal, associate principal, and Interim Building Principal of Hazelwood Central High School. Brandon earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary business education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Additionally, Brandon holds a master’s degree in educational administration and an education administration specialist degree, both from Lindenwood University.

 Dr. Tiffani Hendrix Allen

Assistant Principal, Hazelwood Opportunity Center

Ms.Tiffani Hendrix-Allen is an accomplished educator and passionate advocate for student success, with a career spanning nearly two decades in the Hazelwood School District (HSD). A proud alumna of Hazelwood Central High School, Ms. Allen began her journey in education in 2006 as an English teacher at Hazelwood Central. Her commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting diverse learning needs led her to a variety of leadership roles, including her current position as Assistant Principal at the Hazelwood Opportunity Center (HOC), where she has served since 2017.

In her role at HOC, Ms. Allen works collaboratively with students, staff, and parents across all programs, ensuring that every student has the resources and support needed to thrive. Her leadership is marked by a deep dedication to improving education for all, with a focus on creating an inclusive and empowering learning environment.

Ms. Allen's academic achievements reflect her unwavering commitment to educational leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Harris-Stowe State University, as well as multiple advanced degrees from Lindenwood University, including a Master's in Arts Teaching, a Master's in Special Education Administration, and a degree in  K-12 Administration. She also earned an Education Specialist degree in Leadership, underscoring her drive to make a broader impact on the field of education.
